Steps in the Creation Process:

Step One: Create Your Personal Profile (sept 17th)
Who are you? What skills, interests, values best define you? What occupations interest you? How do you like to learn best? What and how do you want to change?

Step Two: Find Out Where You Are Now (Sept 24th)
What skills (Essential and Personal Management Skills) will you need for your career goals? What skills need improvement? How much time and effort are you willing and able to commit to your learning and skill development?

Step Three: Review Your Learning Resources Oct 1
What options are available to you to help you gain the necessary skills you will require? What is available at your school, workplace, church, or community to help you gain the skills you need?

Step Four: Create Your Path (Oct 7th)
Consider your final career goal and create a timeline and learning plan to attain the necessary skills for your goal.
